Ok, so how many of you got engaged over Christmas?  We’re guessing a few; Christmas is one of the most popular times of the year to get engaged.  We’re sure you already have an idea of your perfect wedding (after all, you have been planning it for years, with or without a fiancée), but now that the time to plan is really here, allow us to help!  A wedding at Ponte can turn your dream into a reality.  From small, intimate gatherings of family to enormous, festive events for 400 of your closest friends, we have the tools to make it happen.  You can learn all about what a winery wedding is like with us here.

Thinking about doing an entire “winery” theme?  Have we got some great ideas for you!   If you follow us on Pinterest, you’ve probably seen our “Weddings at Ponte” board which is full of inspiration, from place setting cards to cakes.  If you haven’t followed us yet, you can do so here.  Just look at some of the fun things we found that you can incorporate into your big, wine-filled day:

Instead of a sweet cake, serve actual cheese with wine pairings as the dessert course.  Brilliant! Photo credit

There is a ton more to be found on Pinterest.  The best part is, you can create your own personal “weddings” board and collect all of your “pins” or ideas in one place.

Congratulations to those recently engaged!  We hope you consider Ponte as your dream-come-true-wedding location!
