Weddings: Spring Has Sprung!

At Ponte we’re pretty much obsessed with weddings. One of my favorite times of year for weddings in wine country is spring.  We spend most of winter showing couples that got engaged over the Christmas holiday season what it would look like to celebrate their wedding day with us at Ponte. Now, we’re pushing Ole’ Man Winter out the door.   Our vineyards and gardens have been sleeping for a few months, getting ready to make their big showy debut any day now.  This year is especially exciting because it’s the first year we get to watch our newest gardens at Ponte Vineyard Inn wake up!  Green from bud break in the vineyards and the stunning design of the Inn’s Courtyard Garden that surrounds The Pond makes the Inn a perfect wedding ceremony setting.

We love that we have a rustic setting with a glamorous feel.  It’s nearly impossible to stroll through the vineyards without feeling romantic.  The vines, the grapes, the soil….it’s true and real, just like love.

There are incredibly beautiful elements at Ponte that make wedding days memorable.  Ponte Vineyard Inn has added so much to our property.  In the spirit of Jerry Maguire: “It completes us!”   Staying with us feels like you’ve gone to stay at a grand country home on your wedding night.

A hint of Downton Abbey, but not stuffy, rather, totally relaxed….

You’re going to want to stop in at the Cellar Lounge for
hand-crafted cocktails and delicious treats prepared by Chef Riccardo.

So, brides, grab your BFF and come see what springtime looks like at Ponte!
We’re looking forward to seeing you soon.
