Lucky you! Our Executive Chef, Salvatore Giuliano, has graciously released the menu to this year’s Valentine’s Day Dinner early, to give guests (and potential guests) a sneak peak at the awesomeness that will be enjoyed on February 14th in our stunning Vineyard Pavilion.
Sparkling Moscato and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres (we’ll keep these a secret)
First Course
Duo of Cured Salmon and Sturgeon Crudo with purple mustard ice cream, micro green salad and lemon vinaigrette. Paired with 2011 Vermentino
Second Course
Warm Fingerling Potato Salad, and Buffalo and Tenderloin of Beef Carpaccio with black garlic and garlic confit beurre blanc. Paired with 2010 Super T
Third Course
Lamb Chop and Diver Scallop with honey horseradish crust, baby vegetables and Yukon fondant potato. Paired with 2009 Syrah
Fourth Course
Chocolate Ganache Tarts and House-Made Truffles. Paired with Beverino
