As a Wedding Coordinator at Ponte, I am often asked what the key is to planning a wedding with as little stress as possible. My answer? Organization! I do my best to help keep brides organized and help them along the way, but quite a bit of the vendor searching and selecting, and detail planning and organizing gets done at home. I have noticed that the brides that have the easiest time with keeping these details together and their stress levels down are those who either make or purchase wedding organizers and planning binders.
A wedding binder really helps to keep information in one place. You can have various tabs for vendor information, contracts, contact information, guests, personal details, to do’s, etc. The list goes on! But with everything in one place, it helps the bride feel more in control and allows her to keep track of what is done and what still needs attention.
