The Crowd Favorite: Artisan Cheese, Homemade Breads + Local Jams

We are welcoming spring with open arms and a new menu at the award-winning Restaurant at Ponte! You can view the entire menu here, including dinner and dessert options, but we’d like to feature some of the new additions that are getting rave reviews:

On the Starter List –

Antipasto with fava beans, strawberries, pecorino cheese, mint and dressed in a lemon vinaigrette and balsamic reduction. Pair with 2015 Vermentino

On the Main List –

Paella with shrimp, clams, mussels, fish, chorizo, saffron rice, tomato herb broth, spring peas and fresh pea sprouts. Pair with 2013 Tempranillo

All natural, hormone-free grilled lamb loin with mint chimichurri sauce and feta fries topped with house-made red beet salt. Pair with 2014 Dolcetto

Prawns sautéed in white wine served with prosciutto and gruyere anrancini (a crispy rice and cheese ball), spring mix and jalapeno and lemon oil gremolata. Pair with 2014 Viognier

On the Salad List –

Local produce is our “thing”. Baby gem greens are tossed with Hass avocado, spring radishes, red onion, mixed micro herbs, basil, toasted sunflower seeds and green goddess dressing in our Spring Salad. Pair with 2014 Viognier

On the Pizza List –

Pizza Verde: Cilantro pesto sauce, prosciutto, hearts of palm, gruyere + parmesan cheeses topped with lemon + olive oil tossed watercress. Pair with 2011 Meritage

Sit back, relax and take in the incredible views at our all-outdoor seating Restaurant. Our Chef and her team take their cue from what is fresh from our local purveyors and our own organic garden to plan out and execute each seasonal menu we debut. And, each dish is made with Ponte wine in mind, so rest assured you’ll be treated to one of the freshest meals you can get with a perfect wine to accompany it.
