I’m pretty sure that breakfast is my favorite meal in which to dine out. At home, I make breakfast on the weekends for my family. Big breakfasts. You know, eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast…everything, and while I enjoy it, it takes focus and a whole lot of practice to get all that stuff on the table while it’s all still hot. I haven’t quite perfected it yet. Needless to say, I need at least 2 cups of coffee before I begin. I can just see it now…a glass of watermelon juice, a cup of herbal tea, a stack of blackberry banana pancakes all being prepared for me while I enjoy the vineyard views.
