Calling all artists, budding artists and non-artists who want to spend a little time outdoors, sip wine and eat appetizers: Thursday, July 26th is our first ever Plein Air Painting Class!
No, that’s not a typo, the French expression, “en plein air” means “in the open air” and is generally used to describe painting in the outdoors. And that’s exactly what Members and their guests will be enjoying at our little open air event. Whether you have lots or no experience at all, you will learn techniques for painting beautiful vineyard scenes. Channel your inner Monet and Renoir (both advocates of plein air painting) while sipping Ponte wine and indulging in savory appetizers. Return home with memories and your own 8 x 10 piece of personal art!
And don’t worry if you’re not the mad, eccentric, self-destructive artist-type. That’s just an old Hollywood stereotype, anyway. You just need to be a Ponte Wine Club Member who wants a little fresh air.
Our Plein Air Painting Class takes place on Thursday July 26th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Space is limited so call the winery today to reserve your spot!
$65 per person, limited to Wine Club Members and their guests only, please.
