One bite of Lemon Artichoke Dip, made with Lemon Artichoke Pesto will make you a fan of the line for life.
Lemon Artichoke Dip:
- 1 cup Bella Cucina Lemon Artichoke Pesto
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together pesto, mayonnaise and ½ cup Parmesan until combined. Put mix into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
