Magnum Zin, a Holiday Tradition

The holiday season is always an exciting time at the winery. The magic of the season is in the air as the decorations are seen around the winery and the Tasting Room is turned into a winter wonderland. While I love all of the beautiful decorations that adorn the winery grounds each year, I have my own favorite part of the holiday season that is shared with the winery and among my family and friends. This particular part of Ponte is something my family and friends expect me to bring along to all of our festivities. The traditional Magnum Zinfandel Ponte releases each year. I look forward to the distinct taste of this smooth red wine, the larger than life bottle and of course, the new designed label!

The design of this label takes place long before the dawn of the holiday season. As I begin to hear the discussions of what the label will look like for the upcoming year, it reminds me of being a kid when I knew that Santa would begin planning for the next season far in advance. It is so difficult for me to keep the secret, as we get ready to release the wine in the December Shipment; and to not share with you, my friends and family what the new Magnum Zinfandel label will bring.

Well I am happy to say here is a sneak peak of what this bottle will look like this year! When you see me around the winery this holiday season, you will surely see the label as I love to hold the bottle up for all to see. I do the same at all my holiday parties, while I put the beautiful bottle on the table as a centerpiece. Here is to another year of good traditions, cheers to the Magnum Zinfandel!
