Viva Sangria!

Mother Nature may say it’s fall but with weather forecasts in the 80’s and (yowza!) even 90’s with no end in sight, now is the perfect time to come escape the heat at The Cellar Lounge with some of our newest Sangria creations. Inspired by the tastes of the season and by three beautiful cities in Spain, these refreshing new cocktails made with Ponte wine, artisanal liqueur, and fresh fruit will have you toasting to this great endless summer.

Valencia is our exotic take on white sangria. We mix Ponte Isabel wine and all natural ginger liqueur with pineapple juice and fresh cut citrus, and then top it off with Ponte Moscato. It’s light, fresh, slightly spicy, and definitely addictive.

Barcelona is an irresistible pink sangria based on Ponte Juliet wine. We add Chambord and Parfait Amour violet liqueur, fresh raspberries, and top it all off with Ponte Rose Spumante. Delicioso.

Madrid is our version of a traditional red sangria. Ponte Beverino and Rose Spumante come together with cassis, fresh blackberries, and lime to create a refreshing twist on an old classic.

Bring a couple of friends because you will surely want to try all three of these creations.  And, by all means, bring an appetite!  The Cellar Lounge has a fantastic, seasonal menu of sandwiches, salads, pastas and appetizers. Click here for more information and hours at The Cellar Lounge.

Salud.
