Happy Holidays from the Cellar Lounge

With a chill in the air and the spirit of the season all around, we’re happy to introduce our winter cocktail collection, found exclusively at the Cellar Lounge in Ponte Vineyard Inn. In addition to everyone’s existing favorites, you’ll find three festive new seasonal specialties and three decadent new winter warmers made with our organic Italian roast coffee and served up hot. And since it is the season of giving, all through the month of December you’ll get $2 off any seasonal drink if you tell your server that you heard about our new collection here!  Here’s a sneak peek:

The Cocktails

The Aspen is a vibrant red cooler made with piney Tanqueray 10 gin, cranberry juice, pomegranate liqueur, and a splash of cinnamon-spiced Goldschlager. It’s like Christmas in a glass.

The Vancouver is just the drink for the Manhattan or Old Fashioned lover who wants something festive and different. Calvados (French brandy made from apples) meets spiced black rum, allspice dram, and a dash of cinnamon whiskey in this bold, spicy seasonal.

The Zurich is a winter wonderland of decadent Godiva white chocolate liqueur, refreshing peppermint schnapps, and just a splash of Ponte port.

The Coffee Drinks

The Vermont blends coffee and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur with a touch of maple and smooth Bailey’s Irish Cream.

The Black Forest is a rich combination of coffee, Chambord black raspberry liqueur, and organic double chocolate vodka.

The Geneva mixes coffee with the exotic vanilla-citrus flavors of Tuaca liqueur, silky Godiva white chocolate liqueur, and a splash of Grand Marnier.

See you soon!
