Compliments of our Executive Chef, the Green Gazpacho is a cool summer treat. It perfectly pairs with our Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay. Tell us what you think. Enjoy!
Green Gazpacho
2 green heirloom tomatoes (chopped)
4 tomatillos (chopped)
½ cup honeydew melon (chopped)
1 avocado (chopped)
¼ cup green onions (chopped)
1 jalapenos (chopped)
½ cup cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
1 stalks of celery (chopped)
¼ cup bunch cilantro
¼ cup white wine vinegar
½ cup water
2 dashs of Tabasco
1 lime (juice only)
Salt and white pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until soup-like consistency. Garnish with shrimp, lobster or crabmeat.
