Good Eats Blooming at Bouquet

Winter has come and gone and we are welcoming spring with open arms and a new menu.  Bouquet’s newest menu items are light and flavorful with the true flavor and feel of upscale Italian cuisine. New items on the menu include Beef Carpaccio with blue cheese sauce, pears and arugula, and Roasted Quail stuffed with black truffles, pine nuts, and chicken breast stuffing.  And for our seafood lover’s we have a mouth-watering Almond Crusted Sea Bass that is pan-seared with fennel, star anise, white wine, garlic, and shallots.  You can view the full spring menu here.
