When people need to get away from their busy lives for rest and relaxation, Ponte Winery is the place to go for a day in the country! The scenery is breathtaking, the wine is excellent and the food is amazing. We are coming up to our one year anniversary of the Inn, which has been a monumental addition to our property here at Ponte. As an associate, I am blessed to be able to work here; every day is a day in the country for me! However, working at Ponte means I am unable to experience it in a way that our guests are able to, and I decided to turn that around!
Recently I booked a room at Ponte Vineyard Inn, made dinner reservations at Bouquet and headed down to the Cellar Lounge to spend a fun, relaxing night with my husband. In the Lounge, we enjoyed some cocktails and appetizers before heading upstairs to Bouquet. Over a bottle of Rose Spumante, we enjoyed a spectacular meal. While the food was outstanding, the surprise hit of the night was the wine which is now our favorite sparkling wine. It has a hint of sweetness, but not too much, and it satisfies our palate perfectly!

We loved the room we stayed in, it was unique and quaint and just what we needed for a getaway. The next morning we awoke before sunrise and watched the sun come up over the mountains and vineyards. Even though we live only a few short miles from Ponte, the experience was refreshing and truly made us feel as though we spent a day in the country! I’m proud to say that, as an associate at Ponte, I can stand behind each and every one of our products and am truly blessed to be able to work in an environment that is so serene and gorgeous! Many people like to spend their days off of work not thinking about work yet I’m fortunate that on my days off I look forward to the times I can visit Ponte and enjoy the amenities we have to offer from wine tasting, eating at our restaurants and staying at the Inn. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to enjoy Ponte as well, you won’t be disappointed!
