Our Newest Cocktails at The Cellar Lounge

Have you visited The Cellar Lounge yet?  Our fully stocked watering hole, inspired by speakeasies from the 1920’s, is located at The Ponte Vineyard Inn and is already gaining a loyal following.  With an exceptional wine list, food, a full bar and late hours, what’s not to love?  And we’re not just talking dry martinis and cosmopolitans, either.  Ponte’s own certified sommelier and mixology whiz, Tyler Worth, creates a rotating collection of “Inspired” cocktails.  Right now, they include:

Daisen – Made with Midori melon liqueur, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and Graciela wine.

London – Made with Bombay Sapphire gin, tonic, fresh muddled lime, mint and a splash of white Sambuca, a licorice liqueur.

Tahiti – This revised version of the Mai Tai is made with 10 Cane rum, dark rum and Solerno blood orange liqueur.

A new guest favorite that won’t be rotating is The Cellar Lounge Sangria.  It is made with fresh muddled lime, lemon and orange, Beverino and Rose Spumante.

There are so many more drinks to choose from including signature drinks and a list of cocktails perfect for dessert.

The Cellar Lounge is open to the public, so come on over after work, on the weekend, whenever!  We’re sure we’ll have the perfect drink for you.
