Out with the old, in with the new. As each year passes, so do trends and every trend is so appealing at first, we swear it’s here to stay. That is, until the next trend is better than the first. Before we know it, we’re talking about the top 10 trends of the year, and anticipating what the next 10 will be. Take the food and drink world, for example. In the not-so-distant past America has been infatuated with gastropubs, wine bars (LOVE this one!), dessert bars, vintage cocktails, cupcakes and much more. Us? We latched onto the locally sourced, sustainable restaurant movement which we intend to advocate indefinitely.
