Just In: Ponte Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

Is there anything better than biting into a fresh, juicy peach in the middle of August?  Few things, but our newest gourmet food item may come close.  Introducing Ponte Peach White Balsamic Vinegar.  Made in Modena, Italy, the birthplace of balsamic, this sweet treat will remind you of those summer days, even in the dead of winter.  It is intensely peachy; a drizzle over salad greens with some fruity extra virgin olive oil is all you need to pack a flavor punch. Reduce it down until syrupy and pour over a round of goat cheese; add to grilled fruit and serve with vanilla bean ice cream, combine with your favorite chopped fruits to serve with fish or chicken, or just to eat on its own, use it to make peach barbeque sauce and dipping sauces for pot stickers…the possibilities are endless!

You can purchase Ponte’s Peach White Balsamic Vinegar in the Marketplace or online here.
