Going, Going, Almost Gone

It’s true, it happens…being a small boutique winery, we run out of wines. Of course, we’ll make more of most of them, but once a particular vintage sells out, it’s “au revoir, arrivederci, auf wiedersehen” for good. That is precisely why we recommend everyone stock up on any one of our wines they fall in love with.

Case in point: 2010 Pinot Grigio. One of our top-selling wines, Pinot Grigio is a super-popular Italian white that is traditionally crisp and refreshing. The Ponte 2010 vintage entices with aromas of pear and pineapple and has peach, melon and apricot flavor notes. With spring here and summer soon to follow, you’ll want to have lots of this around, as it is wonderful chilled and served outside on warm days.

It is going fast, so get your hands on a bottle or twelve soon! Not sure what to serve with it? We can help with that:

Green Gazpacho

Grilled Salmon with Tropical Relish

Artichoke Dip

Fettuccine with Peas, Asparagus and Pancetta

–What do you like to pair with Pinot Grigio?
